A home should work the way you actually live in it — not the way a showroom says it should.
Most interior design conversations start with color swatches and furniture catalogs. This one starts differently: how do you actually move through your day in this space? Where do you read, where do you unwind, where does the clutter pile up because there was never a real spot for it? That question matters more than any trend does, and it’s where every project here actually begins.
There’s a real difference between decorating a space and designing one. Decorating adds things to a room. Design starts with how you live, then builds the room around that. The goal isn’t a home that looks like a magazine spread — it’s a home that still feels like yours after the furniture’s been lived in for a year.

This didn’t start as a business — it started with my own home. Then my mom’s. Then a multifamily property I was renovating room by room. Each one taught me something the last one didn’t, and by the third property, a pattern was obvious: a space designed with intention feels different to live in than a space that’s just been furnished. Friends and family started asking for help with their own homes before I ever called it a service. That’s really where Living Design Spaces began.
I incorporate feng shui principles into most projects — not as an aesthetic layer, but as a practical one. Where a desk sits changes how it feels to work at. How a kitchen is laid out affects how the whole household moves through the morning. I saw this firsthand redesigning a kitchen at a family property, rearranging the layout to align with feng shui placement — and noticed a real shift in what followed. That’s what led me to get certified as a feng shui interior design consultant: not to add mysticism to the process, but to formalize something I’d already seen work.
If feng shui isn’t something you’re looking for, it doesn’t have to be part of the conversation. If it is, it’s woven into the process from day one — not bolted on at the end.
Kitchens & Bathrooms
From basic and outdated to something that feels like a daily retreat — new layouts, fixtures, materials, and lighting chosen for how the space gets used every single day, not just how it photographs once.
Bedrooms
A bedroom that supports rest, reading, dressing, or quiet work, depending on how you actually use it — soft textures, layered lighting, and furniture placed with intention rather than convention.
Tiny Homes & Small Spaces
Every detail matters more when the square footage is limited. I take the time to understand daily habits and routines first, so nothing in a small space is wasted — including the parts that don’t show up in photos.
